How do the sessions take place?

Sessions can take place over the phone or in person.   Sessions are often organic in nature making them fully tailored to your current situation and need for information/next steps.

Timing of Sessions

There are a variety of timings available; this includes some early morning and evening appointments for those who aren’t available during the normal working day.

How to prepare for the sessions

We would recommend noting down specific topics and questions you wish to cover before the session.  Having a notebook or computer to take notes is recommended.  We can supply you with session notes and a personally tailored action plan following the session for an additional fee.

Additional Support

If block booking, you’ll receive email support for the duration of the creative coaching programme to answer any questions you might have, offer additional resources and keep you motivated.
