The print result is based upon the quality of images you send us.
It is our policy not reproduce images of an adult, pornographic or in any way extreme nature on our products and any such orders will be cancelled and monies refunded.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We can not accept responsibility for orders arriving after your deadline if we have not agreed to a dispatch date in advance of your order being placed.
Products and sourced and printed in batches. Whilst we endeavour to provide consistent results, some minor variation in colour should be expected between batches.
Whilst we endeavour to keep turnaround times to a minimum, at busy times and for larger order, lead times can vary. If you are working to a specific deadline, please contact us in advance of placing your order to check current lead times.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please return it within 14 days. Please contact us in any of the ways detailed and we will advise you of the returns procedure. Please supply a photograph and description of the fault.
We will not accept returns of Non-Faulty personalised goods because the products have been created especially for you.
We can only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we accept responsibility for the fault we will reimburse Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery postage costs. In the event of your choosing an alternative service we reserve the right to reimburse you to the amount that this service would have cost.
Membership
In addition to the general terms and conditions detailed above, Creative Forge Membership (Annual, 6 monthly and Quarterly) is subject to the following terms:
Membership must be continuous in order to continue to receive member benefits. If membership lapses, until renewal, all member benefits will lapse;
Member only discounts are automatically applied when you are logged in to this site. These represent the lowest prices we are able to offer and no additional discounts will be applied in any circumstances;
Storage of your artwork and print files on our secure servers is subject to continuous membership. All files will be deleted 2 weeks after subscription lapses;
Free product images are limited to 24 per annum (pro rata for plans less than a year);
Drop ship orders are limited to 5 per day and maximum of 10 items per parcel for standard membership. We offer a higher level of membership for more established sellers with higher volume requirements.
Drop ship order will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
